General Terms

Account Registration

User Obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k6668, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the k6668 platform or any content or services provided thereon.

1. Platform Availability: k6668 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. 3. Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and k6668, you agree to first contact k6668's customer support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. k6668 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.
2. Formal Complaint Procedure: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint to k6668's dedicated complaints team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". You must include your account username, a clear description of the dispute, the dates and amounts involved, and any supporting documentation. k6668 will provide a final written response within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.
3. Finality of Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on k6668 are determined by certified RNG software and are final. k6668 will not reverse or alter any game outcome unless there is clear and documented evidence of a technical malfunction directly attributable to k6668's own systems. Dissatisfaction with a game outcome does not constitute grounds for a dispute.
4. Language of Dispute: All dispute correspondence must be conducted in English. k6668 will not be able to process complaints submitted in other languages.
5. No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute with k6668 will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action or consolidated proceeding involving k6668.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and k6668 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by k6668 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. The section headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect.
